Step 1: Go to the Users Section
Sign in to Job Boardly
Navigate to Settings > Users
Step 2: Invite a New User
In the Users section, you’ll see an option to "Invite User."
Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite to your job board.
Step 3: Assign a Role
You can choose from the following roles for each user:
Account Owner
Full access to all features and settings. This is the top-level user who can manage everything, including billing and user permissions.
Administrator
Cannot access billing or invite/remove users.
Full access to everything else, allowing them to manage job posts, settings, and more.
Manager
Cannot access billing, invite/remove users, coupons, integrations, payments, prices, or paywall.
Full access to everything else, including managing job posts and editing the site.
Step 4: Confirm the Invitation
After assigning a role, click "Invite User" to send the invitation. The new user will receive an email invitation to join your job board.
