1. How it works
When a candidate applies for a job, the employer can message the candidate directly to start a conversation.
Both sides get a messages inbox with live updates as replies come in.
They also get an email alert when a new conversation starts.
2. Charge employers for messaging
Messaging adds a new way to monetise your board. You can add messaging to any of your employer products, so employers pay for the ability to start conversations with candidates.
Reading and replying are always free, so a candidate who is contacted can always respond.
3. Settings
As the board owner, you can:
Turn messaging on or off at any time.
Set how long messages are kept.
Adjust the limits that protect people from spam.
4. Blocking and abuse reports
Employers and candidates can block unwanted conversations or report anything abusive.
