Your job board comes with a generic terms of service page. If you need to edit the terms of service on your job board:
Go to Pages
Click Manage page next to Terms of Service page
Add/update the content in the text editor
Click Update page when you're done
You can also edit the meta title and meta description for this page. That could improve SEO, but I mean... it's a Terms of Service page.
