People can subscribe to job post notifications on your job board.
When they provide their email address we send them an email asking them to confirm their subscription. This is called a double opt-in.
When a subscriber confirms their email address they are considered a "confirmed" subscriber. Until then, they will not receive any job post notifications.

Yes, double opt-in is required.
We use this (and other spam prevention techniques) to keep your job notification emails going to your subscribers' inboxes and not their spam folder.
