While a job post notification email says it comes from your job board, it uses [email protected] as the "from" email address.
To make sure your subscribers can respond to those emails we set the "reply-to" field as the email address you use to log into Job Boardly.
If you want to change the reply-to email address:
Go to the Email settings page
Fill in Reply-to email with the email address you want to use
Click Save changes
Note: notifications will still come from [email protected].
Can emails come from a custom email address?
They can. Sending from your own email address (for example, [email protected]) is part of White Label, which is included on the Pro plan. Once you're on Pro, you'll need to add a few DNS records to verify your domain. See Available job post notifications for details, or contact us if you need a hand.
