Some job boards don't have a remote option; some don't have an on-site option. To remove those options (and the dropdown on the new job post):
Go to Location settings
Click "Make default" on the option your board supports
Click "Hide" on the remaining options
For example, if your board only offers remote jobs:
Make remote the default
Hide on-site
Hide hybrid
